This page explains how to delete your Kiraify account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion entirely from inside the app — no support ticket required. It also lists exactly what gets deleted, what we are legally required to keep, and for how long.

Account deletion is self-service inside the app — you never need to contact support. Follow these steps:
You have a 24-hour grace period after submitting. To cancel, email info@kiraify.cn within one day and include the email address or phone number you registered with; we verify your identity and cancel the request.
If you can no longer sign in, email info@kiraify.cn and we will help delete the account manually. Include the email address or phone number you registered with.
Once the grace period ends and we confirm the deletion, the data below is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

Deletion runs inside a single transaction: if any step fails, everything rolls back. The account identity itself is removed last, only after the associated data is confirmed gone.
For legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance, the following is not deleted with your account:

Where a technical fault prevents immediate deletion, we complete it within 15 working days at the latest, and stop storing and using the affected data in the meantime.
Neither your account nor its data can be recovered. You may register again with the same email address or phone number, but it will be treated as a brand-new account and none of the old data can be retrieved.
